Methods summary
`public integer`	# `obType( )` Returns the object rule type. Returns the object rule type. Returns `integer` The object rule type.
`public`	# `setSaved( boolean $data )` Marks the rule as saved or unsaved. Marks the rule as saved or unsaved. Parameters `$data` Whether the rule has been saved.
`public boolean`	# `isSaved( )` Returns whether the rule has been saved. Returns whether the rule has been saved. Returns `boolean` True if the rule has been saved.
